Terms of Use

The service

ClippingCalc is a free tool that estimates what the recent posts of a public TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account would have earned on live creator campaigns. It uses public data about the account and the current rates, caps and minimum views of campaigns from Clipster's public campaign list. How the numbers are worked out is described on How we calculate.

The results are estimates, not guarantees or offers. They describe what past posts would have earned on average campaigns under the stated assumptions. They are not a promise of future earnings, not an offer of work or payment, and not financial, tax or legal advice. Real earnings depend on the campaign you join, its rules, your content and how your views are verified.

No affiliation with social platforms

ClippingCalc is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram or Meta, or YouTube or Google. Those names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which platforms the calculator supports.

Acceptable use

When you use ClippingCalc you agree to:

• use it only for lawful purposes;
• enter only public accounts, and never try to look at private or non-public information;
• not run automated or bulk queries, scrape the site or its results, or use bots or scripts to submit lookups; and
• not try to circumvent rate limits, security measures or any other technical limit, or to interfere with how the site works.

We may limit, block or suspend access at any time, for example if we see misuse or heavy automated traffic.

Accounts you check

You do not need to own an account to check it, because the calculator only uses public information. Each check creates a public result page for that account, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you own an account and want its result page removed, email support@clipster.gg.

Third-party links and Clipster

The site links to other websites, including Clipster, and the I want to earn buttons lead there. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. Clipster's own terms and campaign rules govern its campaigns, submissions and payouts. Nothing on ClippingCalc changes them, and the estimates here are not a commitment by Clipster or by us to pay any amount.

Content and data

The campaign rates index published on clipping rates may be cited and reused with attribution under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license (CC BY 4.0), as stated on that page. Everything else on the site, including its text, design, code and the calculators, is © 2026 Saikyo, LLC, and all rights are reserved. You may use the site and share links to it, and you may quote short extracts with a link back, but you may not copy it wholesale or republish it.

Trademarks, names and logos of third parties belong to their owners.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the data from the social platforms or from the campaign list is correct or current, or that any estimate will match what you actually earn.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Saikyo, LLC and its members, managers, employees and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the site or from decisions you make based on an estimate. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to 100 US dollars.

Some places do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Saikyo, LLC against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Changes to the service and the terms

We may change, suspend or end the site or any part of it at any time. We may also update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about them or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Where mandatory consumer protection law of your country gives you the right to go to court elsewhere, that right is not affected.
